Aftermarket Sales Director - Southeast Asia

A globally recognized International OEM with a strong presence in the region is seeking a talented and motivated Aftermarket Sales Director to lead and expand its aftermarket business in Southeast Asia. This is a newly created role reflecting the company’s commitment to growth and innovation in the region.

Job Details

The Aftermarket Sales Director – SEA will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive aftermarket sales growth, improve market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. Working closely with the VP – APAC and the regional team, this role requires a visionary leader who excels in building relationships, strategic planning, and delivering results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive aftermarket sales strategy for Southeast Asia.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in the region.

 

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding aftermarket product and service offerings.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing strategies to ensure profitability.


Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to adapt to market demands.


Team Management:

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.


Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering and operations, to align aftermarket services with customer needs.
  • Report on key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the VP – APAC.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in regional aftermarket sales or related roles within the Industrial equipment and machinery, or OEM sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
