Job Details
The Aftermarket Sales Director – SEA will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive aftermarket sales growth, improve market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. Working closely with the VP – APAC and the regional team, this role requires a visionary leader who excels in building relationships, strategic planning, and delivering results in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive aftermarket sales strategy for Southeast Asia.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in the region.
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive revenue growth by expanding aftermarket product and service offerings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key customers and partners.
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing strategies to ensure profitability.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adapt to market demands.
Team Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering and operations, to align aftermarket services with customer needs.
- Report on key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the VP – APAC.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in regional aftermarket sales or related roles within the Industrial equipment and machinery, or OEM sectors.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
