- Stemgenic has partnered with a leading International OEM and Service provider to help identify a suitable candidate for a Commercial Head role that is to be based in Thailand.
- Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, this position will spearhead sales and business development activities for a key business unit in Thailand.
- It’s a permanent role with responsibilities encompassing team leadership, overseeing six direct reports, and cultivating client relationships within the local Industrial and Manufacturing sectors.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Masters in Engineering/Business or related field
- Solid 12-18 years of experience in sales/business development/key account management in the sales of Industrial OEMs/Machinery/Power tools sector
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel locally to engage with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions
- Fluency in English
