Are you an innovative and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer seeking to work with a leading international OEM? We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our client’s advanced manufacturing setup in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement process improvements, automation strategies, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and drive manufacturability improvements for production scalability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence and reduce downtime.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor and improve manufacturing KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role, preferably within an OEM or high-volume production environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Process Optimization.
- Hands-on experience with automation, CNC machining, assembly lines, and tooling design is an advantage.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with production, quality, and R&D teams.
