My client is a leading strategy consulting firm specializing in the Medical Technology (MedTech) sector, dedicated to helping organizations innovate and excel in the dynamic healthcare industry. They are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Partner to lead their MedTech practice in the Asia region.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

  • Lead high-impact strategy consulting engagements for MedTech clients in Asia.
  • Collaborate closely with C-suite executives to understand their business needs and provide tailored strategic solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional value and results.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and foster client growth within the MedTech sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the firm’s presence and revenue in the Asia region.
  • Participate in proposal development, pitch presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.

Team Leadership:

  • As a senior leader, mentor and guide junior consultants in the MedTech practice.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, ensuring the team’s professional development and growth.
  • Lead by example and set high standards for quality, ethics, and excellence.

Industry Expertise:

  • Stay current with emerging trends, regulations, and innovations in the MedTech industry in Asia.
  • Contribute thought leadership through publications, white papers, and speaking engagements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in client discussions and industry forums

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategy consulting with a strong focus on the MedTech sector.
  • A deep understanding of the healthcare and MedTech landscape in Asia, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and industry challenges.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex strategic projects.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong business development acumen and a network within the MedTech industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • MBA or related is preferred
