Plant Manager

Our client is a Leading International Food Specialty Business. They are seeking a Plant Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational success of their manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong track record in food production, operational efficiency, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of plant operations, including warehousing, production, quality control, procurement, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows to ensure smooth, continuous operations throughout the year.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production technicians to achieve production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing best practices and quality standards, consistently driving improvements in productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot production challenges and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage raw material and packaging supply chains to ensure seamless production for both current and new product lines.
• Plan and oversee product trials and pilot testing for new product development.
• Ensure all staff are properly trained and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Create and manage production schedules to meet weekly and monthly output goals.
