Product Manager – Biotechnology

We’re working with a leading life sciences company focused on advancing molecular insights through precision analytics. As a Product Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of a high-impact product portfolio at the intersection of mass spectrometry, genomics, and clinical research.

This role blends scientific depth with commercial strategy—ideal for someone who can translate complex workflows into market-winning products across diverse APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Drive end-to-end lifecycle management of analytical platforms—from roadmap planning and development to launch and iterative optimization.
• Strategic Planning & Market Insight: Build annual and long-term product strategies informed by customer insights, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, commercial teams, and technical specialists to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Voice of Customer & Differentiation: Engage regional users and sales teams to extract key pain points and growth opportunities for your product line.
• Pricing & Regional Fit: Formulate pricing strategies for Asia Pacific and emerging markets, using market intelligence and performance data.
• Technical Consultation: Support solution design for specialized client projects, including pre-sales technical input and proposal evaluation.
• Launch & Enablement: Lead product launches and provide internal training to ensure commercial teams are aligned on value propositions and use cases.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the product at key customer meetings, industry conferences, and internal strategy forums.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest in omics, mass spectrometry, and analytical techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
