We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner to spearhead the development of our clientele in Thailand. This is a pioneering role that will lay the foundation for our official presence in the Thai market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of a specific STEM sector in Thailand, coupled with a strong network within the market, and a proven track record in managing and delivering talent search projects. As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth in Thailand by leading client engagements, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging your network and market insights to expand our client base in Thailand.
  • Project Management: Oversee recruitment and talent search projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and the competitive landscape in Thailand to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with other partners across Southeast Asia to drive regional initiatives and share best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search, with a focus on the Thai market.
  • Extensive network of industry contacts within Thailand, particularly in STEM sectors.
  • Strong understanding of business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to function independently with self-discipline, a strong drive to achieve sales targets, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
