As part of their strategic growth in the region, they are seeking a commercially driven and visionary Regional Sales Director to lead the APAC commercial operations.
Job Details
As the Regional Sales Director, you will be instrumental in developing and executing regional sales strategies, expanding market presence, and driving sustainable revenue growth across key industrial markets. You will lead a team of regional sales professionals and collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and global leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and growth targets.
- Lead and manage the APAC sales team to drive business development, key account growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee regional pricing, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and position the brand as a preferred OEM partner in industrial sectors.
- Work closely with the global leadership team on forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or commercial leadership roles within the industrial, automation, machinery or manufacturing OEM sectors.
- Proven track record in regional sales management across Southeast Asia, Greater China, or broader APAC.
- Strong business acumen with ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
