Job Details
My client is a leading International OEM known for their innovative machinery products and solutions serving a diverse range of industrial and manufacturing clients. They are seeking a Senior Application Engineer to be based in Singapore. Reporting to the Sales Head, this role will focus on providing technical solutions to customers across the SEA region, encompassing application support, technical proposals, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
- Deliver comprehensive technical solutions to customers in the SEA region.
- Support application processes and manage technical proposals for machinery products.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to resolve client issues.
- Serve as a customer-facing technical expert, ensuring strong client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and offer insights to drive successful outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in the Industrial OEM/Machinery sector, with a focus on technical support, application engineering, or engineering services.
- Candidates with sales experience who are keen to transition into a technical role are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven customer-facing skills with the ability to deliver presentations effectively.
