Our Client
Our client, a prominent EPC : Fabrication Business, is seeking an experienced Senior Fabrication Manager to lead their operations in Johor, Malaysia. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Department and will be instrumental in managing their entire fabrication process.
Job Details
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to guide the fabrication team towards achieving production objectives, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Strategize and improve the organizational framework of the Fabrication Department.
- Formulate specialized teams dedicated to Pressure Vessels and Modules to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Design and execute a structured fabrication workflow from material acquisition to project completion.
- Act as a mentor, providing comprehensive job training to the Fabrication Department personnel and extending knowledge across other departments.
- Manage the Fabrication Department’s resources judiciously, optimizing manpower, equipment, and materials to elevate productivity and curtail expenses.
- Engage in the recruitment process, conducting interviews to select candidates.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication with other department leads to troubleshoot production challenges.
- Scout and recruit emerging talent to build a robust team.
- Evaluate and endorse potential suppliers to support company operations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience in fabrication.
- Prepared to relocate to Johor, Malaysia.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
