Senior Process Engineer

They are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join the team in Singapore. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of our client’s operations. You will be responsible for process design, optimization, and troubleshooting, while also contributing to key projects within their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, evaluation, and optimization of processes to improve operational performance and efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise and support for process-related challenges, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for process improvements.
- Support project teams in the development and execution of capital and operational projects.
- Conduct risk assessments, HAZOP studies, and other safety reviews to ensure safe and sustainable operations.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain operational competitiveness.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in process engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process improvements.
- Excellent understanding of industry safety standards and practices, including HAZOP and risk assessment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
