Technical Lead
Job Details
Our client is a leading food Specialty business. They are seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the technical and operational processes within the factory. In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment, collaborating closely with the technical team to maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the machines and equipment in the factory, ensuring smooth operations, efficiency improvements, and timely maintenance and repairs, with support from technical staff.
- Develop and implement effective workflows to ensure smooth plant operations throughout the year.
- Oversee daily operations on the factory floor, providing hands-on leadership.
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of good manufacturing standards to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly, coordinating with the team to maintain smooth operations.
Consolidate quantitative and qualitative data for reporting and analysis purposes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food factory operations, with a strong background in managing machinery and processes.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, while also being hands-on with your team to achieve operational goals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both internal teams and external stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
- A strategic thinker, capable of managing complex processes in a dynamic environment.
