Stemgenic, in collaboration with a leading Industrial Service Provider renowned for innovative Environmental Sustainability solutions, is seeking a Technical Manager for a newly created role based in Johor. Reporting directly to the Director, the Technical Manager will oversee laboratory operations, optimize processes, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and provide leadership and training to the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in Technical/Analytical/R&D Leadership roles within Recycling, Waste Management, Metallurgical, Metals Recovery, Precious Metals, or Environmental Remediation sectors.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
