Job Details
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be integral to the clinical team, providing high-quality nursing care under the guidance of Registered Nurses and Doctors. Your role will directly impact patient recovery and wellbeing through compassionate and competent nursing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care aligned with clinical protocols and healthcare standards
- Monitor and report patient conditions promptly to senior nursing staff
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, and daily activities
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records using electronic medical systems
- Support patient and family education efforts
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Enrolled Nursing from a recognized institution
- Current nursing registration with the Singapore Nursing Board or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a patient-centered approach
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems and basic IT skills
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends/public holidays as required
