A leading international fragrance house is seeking a Creative Fragrance Manager to join its Singapore-based team on a permanent basis. This role sits at the intersection of creative fragrance direction, perfumery collaboration, and strategic project leadership.
The role
As Creative Fragrance Manager, you will act as a creative sparring partner to Perfumers, helping shape fragrance concepts from brief to delivery. You will bring together olfactive judgement, market awareness, and strategic thinking to ensure fragrances are not only technically sound, but creatively compelling and aligned with client intent.
You will influence fragrance direction, challenge creative boundaries, and help translate abstract briefs into clear creative pathways.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and shape creative fragrance direction across multiple projects
- Partner closely with Perfumers during fragrance ideation and development
- Translate client briefs, trends, and insights into creative fragrance strategies
- Evaluate fragrances from a creative, olfactive, and strategic perspective
- Guide creative alignment across internal teams (Perfumery, Evaluation, CFM)
- Support presentations and storytelling around fragrance concepts
- Ensure creative consistency, differentiation, and relevance across categories
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Creative Fragrance, Evaluation, or Senior CFM roles
- Strong, well-trained nose with confident olfactive judgement
- Ability to articulate creative fragrance direction clearly and persuasively
- Deep understanding of fragrance structures, trends, and market context
- Comfortable influencing Perfumers and stakeholders at a senior level
Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts
Experience across multiple fragrance categories is expected. Exposure to Fabric Care or Home Care is an advantage, but not essential.
