As the standalone HR lead for the Singapore entity, you will take ownership across the full employee lifecycle while supporting the operational build-up of the plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compensation administration and offboarding
  • Support workforce planning and manpower coordination across production, quality, warehouse, HSE and support functions
  • Coordinate payroll activities, work-pass administration, HR compliance and employee relations matters
  • Develop HR policies, operational workflows and HR frameworks aligned with Singapore labour regulations
  • Partner closely with plant leadership and overseas stakeholders during the startup and ramp-up phase
  • Support a positive, compliant and operationally focused manufacturing culture
Ideal Background
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Manufacturing or industrial HR experience strongly preferred
