Job Details
Our client is a leading international beverage player looking to hire a Regional Manufacturing Process Expert. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the APAC region, working closely with manufacturing partners to improve process performance, support new product launches, resolve production issues, and drive operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing partners across APAC on process improvement, troubleshooting, and production efficiency.
- Work on liquid processing operations such as UHT, pasteurization, blending, homogenization, and CIP.
- Identify process gaps, production bottlenecks, quality issues, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead root cause analysis and support corrective actions with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
- Assist with new product launches, packaging changes, plant trials, and commercialization activities.
- Support new plant installation projects, process readiness, and technical coordination.
- Conduct manufacturing reviews and technical assessments of current and potential production partners.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives covering water usage, energy efficiency, and chemical reduction.
Job Requirements
- Around 5 years or more of experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
- Beverage, dairy, juice, functional drink, or liquid food processing experience is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of aseptic processing, low-acid products, and factory manufacturing standards.
- Exposure to HACCP, GMP, ISO systems, and production SOPs.
- Able to understand process flow, equipment layout, mechanical P&IDs, and manufacturing sequences.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with approximately 50% travel across the APAC region.
