Your mission:
- Build and own the commercial roadmap across B2C and B2B (e.g., clinics, wellness programs, product launches)
- Lead performance marketing, brand strategy, and partnerships
- Work with clinical and product teams to develop new offerings that customers actually want
- Identify growth levers across digital, community, and corporate channels
- Set targets you believe in — and build the systems to hit them
Job Requirements
- Have led commercial or marketing teams in DTC health/wellness, consumer healthcare, or lifestyle brands
- Understand growth metrics but also care about retention, brand love, and patient trust
- Are part strategist, part operator, part storyteller
