Job Details
Our client is an international machinery and equipment provider supporting industrial customers across Southeast Asia.
They are looking to connect with hands-on Field Service Engineers who enjoy troubleshooting, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and customer support across plant and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, service, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, breakdown support, upgrades, and technical inspections.
- Work closely with customers, service teams, spare parts teams, and regional technical experts.
- Prepare service reports, root cause findings, and technical recommendations.
- Support equipment performance improvement and customer training.
- Travel regionally when required for site-based service assignments.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, commissioning, or technical support.
- Experience with packaging machinery, process equipment, rotating equipment, automation systems, compressors, pumps, or industrial machinery.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable working at customer sites and travelling within Southeast Asia.
