Job Details

This is a regional engineering role centred on packaging operations within beverage manufacturing. The position will support partner manufacturing sites across APAC, with a strong focus on improving line performance, maintaining packaging standards, and driving practical technical improvements.

The successful candidate will work closely with plant teams and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen packaging execution, support site readiness for new initiatives, and raise performance across the broader manufacturing network.

You will be involved in:

  • Supporting the day-to-day technical performance of packaging operations across partner sites
  • Improving line efficiency, reliability, and overall operational consistency
  • Investigating recurring production issues and helping plants implement practical solutions
  • Supporting packaging-related projects, upgrades, and site improvement activities
  • Contributing to site assessments, operational reviews, and technical follow-up actions
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders on packaging readiness for product launches and changeovers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve cost, output, and operational discipline across the network

This is a Singapore-based regional role with travel across APAC.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a technically capable, plant-facing engineer with solid experience in beverage packaging and manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Around 4–8 years of engineering or operations experience within food and beverage manufacturing
  • Strong exposure to packaging lines, filling operations, and production floor support
  • Good understanding of how beverage packaging environments operate from both a technical and operational perspective
  • Experience supporting line performance improvement, issue resolution, and efficiency enhancement
  • Exposure to plant projects such as equipment upgrades, line improvement, site expansion, or commissioning-related work
  • Familiarity with food manufacturing quality and compliance expectations
  • Ability to work comfortably with plant personnel, technical teams, and external manufacturing partners
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working across cultures and functions
  • Willingness to travel across the region as part of the role
