As part of their next growth chapter, they are expanding their premium ingredient portfolio, targeting the booming Sports Nutrition market. They have a breakthrough product that’s already making waves in the U.S. — and now, they’re looking for Sales Brokers to introduce it across Europe, APAC, SEA, Australia, and New Zealand.

Looking for industry-connected Sales Brokers / Traders to lead ingredient sales into Sports Nutrition manufacturing companies — across Europe, APAC, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand (depending on the strength of your network). The roles can be based out of Europe / APAC / SEA / AZ & New Zealand. 4-5 Positions available
 
  • This is not a cold-start role.
  • You must know the players.
  • You must know who to call.
 
You’ll be directly driving business, closing deals, and building strategic partnerships with manufacturers shaping the future of sports, health, and performance products.
 
About the Role:
 
  • Scope: Regional – Europe / APAC / SEA / Australia & New Zealand.
  • Work Arrangement: Fully Remote, Work-From-Home.
  • Reporting: Directly to the Managing Director who is based in Europe
  • Compensation: High commission-based structure, highly rewarding for performers.
  • Nature: Individual Contributor role (no team management responsibilities) |

Job Requirements

  • Drive ingredient sales by leveraging your existing network within the Sports Nutrition manufacturing and production space.
  • Act as a trusted partner to manufacturers by offering premium raw materials critical to sports nutrition product development.
  • Open doors, build relationships, and independently manage deal closures across your assigned markets.
 
Target Ingredients Experience:
 
Existing strong connections with Sports Nutrition manufacturing AND proven experience selling ingredients such as:
 
  • Beta-Alanine | Amino Acids (e.g., L-Glutamine, BCAAs, EAA blends)
  • Creatine Monohydrate | Protein Powders (Whey, Casein, Plant-Based Proteins)
  • Herbal Extracts (e.g., Tribulus, Ashwagandha)
  • Adaptogens and Nootropics
  • Collagen Peptides
  • Electrolyte Blends and Hydration Ingredients
  • Cognitive Performance Enhancers, Vitamins, Minerals, Bioactives
  • Specialty performance enhancers (e.g., Nitric Oxide boosters, cognitive enhancers)
 
and other trending bioactives and specialty ingredients fueling innovation in sports performance and recovery.
 
Ideal Candidate Profile:
 
  • Strong background in ingredient sales, nutraceuticals, or raw material supply to Sports Nutrition manufacturers.
  • Strong, active network within the Sports Nutrition manufacturing sector is essential.
  • Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Highly proactive, commercially savvy, and capable of closing deals independently.
  • Deep understanding of the sports nutrition product development lifecycle is a plus.
