Our client, a leading international fragrance house, is seeking a commercially astute Business Development Manager to strengthen and expand its client portfolio in Malaysia. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth in Malaysia through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities with customers in consumer goods, personal care, and related industries.
- Partner closely with the Country Manager to define and execute strategic sales initiatives.
- Deliver commercial targets by blending relationship management with proactive market development.
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients, bringing deep fragrance knowledge to guide their innovation pipelines.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience within the fragrance industry (mandatory), ideally in business development, sales, or key account management.
- Solid understanding of the Malaysian market and its customer landscape.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively.
