As a Senior Consultant/Engagement Manager specializing in the medical devices sector, you will play a crucial role in helping their clients navigate the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the medical devices industry, understanding their unique challenges and needs.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive strategies that drive growth and transformation.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the medical devices market to provide data-driven insights to clients.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of consultants, fostering their growth and development.
- Recommendations: Present actionable recommendations to clients and guide them through the implementation process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or 6-8 years of corporate strategy experience with a focus on the medical devices industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing consulting engagements and delivering results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Knowledge of the medical devices regulatory environment and industry trends.
