Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Product Manager to drive strategy, development, and execution across multiple platforms, including partner solutions, clinical trial management, engagement-focused B2C products, and health & wellness offerings. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business growth, and can adapt to diverse market needs and user segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, across B2B and B2C platforms.
- Define product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations).
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Drive product vision for clinical trial platforms, partner integrations, health & wellness applications, and user engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Analyze key metrics and performance indicators to inform product decisions and optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and product adoption.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices for health and clinical applications.
Job Requirements
- 3–7 years of product management experience, ideally spanning both B2B and B2C environments.
- Experience managing digital platforms, SaaS products, or health/clinical solutions is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
- Passion for improving user experience and driving meaningful business impact.
