What You’ll Own
- Drive the Commercial Agenda: Lead all business activities in Indonesia, setting a clear direction for growth and market leadership.
- Key Account Leadership: Strengthen partnerships with major customers while identifying fresh opportunities with new brands and manufacturers.
- Market Expansion: Open doors, spot trends, and capture untapped segments in the fragrance, personal care, and consumer goods industries.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Regional Commercial Head to ensure local execution aligns with regional strategies.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and grow the Indonesian commercial team to exceed ambitious targets.
Job Requirements
- A proven commercial track record within fragrances, or related B2B sectors (FMCG/consumer products).
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market, with an established network across key players.
- A mix of strategic vision and roll-up-your-sleeves execution.
- Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
