Facilities Manager (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Systems - MEP) - HOTELS

We are supporting a Key international Business in Singapore, to identify a dependable, hands-on facilities professional to ensure the smooth operation of its workplace and residential environments. This role combines day-to-day building support with vendor coordination and involvement in improvement works, making it ideal for someone who enjoys practical ownership and being the go-to person for operational reliability across multiple sites. It is a hands-on role and requires solid knowledge and experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (M&E) systems.

The position focuses on maintaining essential building infrastructure, responding to service needs, and supporting upgrades or refurbishment activities. You will work closely with service providers, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure spaces remain safe, functional, and well-maintained, while also being available to handle urgent requirements when necessary. The role also offers l overseas travel as part of operational support for one of the facilities outside Singapore.

Key focus areas:

  • Day-to-day upkeep and servicing of core building systems across office and residential locations
  • Handling maintenance issues, breakdowns, and service requests
  • Coordinating and supervising contractors and external service providers
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring safety and compliance standards are maintained
  • Supporting leasing assessments, renovations, and fit-out activities
  • Reviewing layouts and technical requirements during improvement works
  • Managing tools, spares, and maintenance planning
  • Availability to support urgent issues outside standard working hours when required

Job Requirements

  • Technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, or building services discipline
  • Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (M&E) systems within Hospitality
  • Exposure to refurbishment, fit-out, or site readiness activities
  • Strong vendor management and coordination and operational problem-solving ability
  • Comfort working across both workplace and residential environments
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Open to occasional overseas travel for site-related support when needed
