As part of their growth plans, they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and accelerate commercial growth across the region.
Job Details
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales strategy, business development, and key account management across Southeast Asia. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious commercial leader who thrives in driving market share, building customer relationships, and leading regional growth for high-value capital equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across SEA to achieve business targets.
- Lead regional business development initiatives, expanding market presence and identifying new opportunities.
- Manage and grow key customer accounts while building long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and industry trends to support decision-making.
- Lead and mentor sales teams across the region.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10–15 years of commercial experience within the Industrial OEM / Machinery & Equipment sector.
- Strong track record in regional sales leadership across SEA markets.
- Knowledge in pumps, valves, cooling solutions, heat exchangers, chiller systems,HVAC-related equipment OR fluid handling systems will be a huge plus
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
Ability to travel regionally and work across diverse markets.
