Our client is a leading industrial technology and smart manufacturing organization supporting digital transformation across production environments in Southeast Asia.
They are looking to connect with professionals who can lead Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, automation, MES, IIoT, data analytics, and smart factory initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 projects across plant or regional operations.
- Support implementation of MES, IIoT, digital twin, data analytics, and predictive maintenance systems.
- Work with production, engineering, IT, automation, quality, and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, equipment performance, visibility, and decision-making.
- Translate manufacturing pain points into digital and automation solutions.
- Manage vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Manufacturing Technology, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, automation, digital transformation, or smart factory projects.
- Exposure to MES, SCADA, IIoT, cloud manufacturing, digital twin, predictive analytics, or OT/IT integration.
- Experience in electronics, semiconductor, industrial manufacturing, pharma, food, or high-tech production environments.
Suitable for Digital Manufacturing Managers, Industry 4.0 Leads, Smart Factory Managers, Automation Transformation Leads, or Manufacturing Systems Managers.
