Job Details
Our client is an established industrial equipment business strengthening its regional service and operations capability across Southeast Asia.
They are looking to connect with experienced service, operations, or after-sales leaders who can manage field teams, improve service performance, and support customer satisfaction across industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service operations, field engineering teams, and after-sales support activities.
- Manage service delivery, response time, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and spare parts coordination.
- Work closely with sales, application engineering, supply chain, and regional leadership teams.
- Drive process improvement, safety compliance, team capability, and service profitability.
- Support key customer escalation, technical issue resolution, and service contract management.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in service operations, technical service, field engineering, or after-sales management.
- Background in industrial machinery, automation, rotating equipment, process equipment, packaging equipment, compressors, pumps, or MRO services.
- Strong leadership, customer management, and operational problem-solving skills.
- Suitable for Service Managers, After-Sales Managers, Operations Managers, Field Service Leaders, or Technical Support Managers.
