A leading global Fragrance House is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to manage strategic customers across the Middle East market. This role is based in Dubai and sits at the heart of the region’s fast-growing Beauty, Personal Care, Home Care, and Specialty Fragrance landscape.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building long-term partnerships, understanding fragrance applications, and managing complex commercial portfolios.
What You Will Lead
- Manage and grow key customer accounts across the Middle East region
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and consistent client engagement
- Partner with internal teams (Perfumery, Applications, Evaluation, Supply Chain) to deliver high-impact fragrance solutions
- Understand customer briefs, product requirements, and trends within fragrance-driven categories
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and proactively develop new business within existing accounts
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pricing discussions, and contract management
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, category shifts, customer demands, and product trends
Job Requirements
- Experience in Fragrance, Flavours, Beauty/Personal Care, or Chemical Ingredients
- Strong track record in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within a technical or sensory-driven industry
- Deep customer relationship skills – from commercial discussions to creative briefs
- Ability to partner closely with Perfumers, Evaluators, R&D, and Supply Chain teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
