A world-renowned OEM in the industrial solutions space is expanding its regional commercial strength across Southeast Asia. To support this growth, we are searching for a Key Account Manager (SEA) to anchor and grow strategic customer relationships across the region.
Job Details
As the Key Account Manager, you’ll be the face, the voice, and the steady hand guiding some of the region’s most important industrial customers. Your mission is simple but not easy: protect current business, grow strategic accounts, and create long-term customer partnerships that outlast market cycles.
You will:
- Manage and grow relationships with major accounts across manufacturing, process industries, OEMs, and EPC partners
- Develop and implement account strategies tailored to each customer’s operational challenges and long-term goals
- Drive solution selling across a diverse industrial portfolio
- Coordinate with regional sales, service, product, and technical teams to ensure flawless delivery
- Build multi-level customer engagement — from engineering teams to senior decision-makers
- Identify whitespace opportunities and drive account penetration across SEA
- Monitor competitor activity and market shifts to stay one step ahead
- Deliver accurate forecasting, sales reporting, and pipeline visibility
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial equipment, machinery, automation, engineering solutions, or OEM environments
- Strong account management skills with the ability to nurture long-term, multi-stakeholder relationships
- A mix of commercial sharpness and technical curiosity
- Ability to work autonomously while coordinating across borders and teams
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia
- A steady, relationship-driven approach grounded in traditional sales fundamentals — but with a forward-looking mindset
