We are engaging with experienced MSAT, process development, and technology transfer professionals for technical leadership opportunities within biologics and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
This role would suit technically strong professionals who can bridge R&D, process development, manufacturing, validation, and quality teams to ensure successful process transfer, scale-up, and manufacturing readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support technology transfer activities from development to commercial manufacturing.
- Partner with process development, manufacturing, validation, quality, and engineering teams.
- Support process characterization, scale-up, troubleshooting, and continuous process verification.
- Review batch records, process parameters, deviation trends, and technical documentation.
- Contribute to process optimization, yield improvement, and manufacturing robustness.
- Support new product introduction and site readiness activities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in MSAT, process development, technology transfer, or technical operations.
- Exposure to biologics, vaccines, sterile manufacturing, API, or formulation environments.
- Strong understanding of GMP, validation, process scale-up, and manufacturing support.
Suitable for MSAT Managers, Tech Transfer Leads, Process Development Managers, or Technical Operations Specialists.
