Our client is a growing food and nutrition manufacturing company expanding production capability across Southeast Asia.
They are looking to connect with hands-on manufacturing leaders who can manage plant operations, production performance, food safety, process improvement, and team leadership in regulated food manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production and plant operations.
- Drive performance across safety, quality, output, cost, delivery, and compliance.
- Lead production teams across processing, packaging, utilities, maintenance, and operational support.
- Work closely with QA, engineering, supply chain, R&D, and EHS teams.
- Support HACCP, GMP, food safety, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve plant efficiency through Lean, OEE, waste reduction, and process optimization.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in food, beverage, nutrition, ingredients, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, food safety, production planning, and plant operations.
- Experience in processing, packaging, automation, or high-volume production environments.
- Suitable for Production Managers, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Manufacturing Managers, or Continuous Improvement Leaders.
