A leading industrial player is seeking a Plant Reliability Engineer to enhance equipment performance and ensure operational efficiency. This role focuses on minimizing downtime, improving asset reliability, and implementing proactive maintenance strategies.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • The Plant Reliability Engineer will oversee maintenance programs, working closely with engineering and operational teams to improve equipment performance and reduce disruptions.
  • This role involves implementing predictive maintenance techniques, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • The engineer will lead initiatives to optimize asset efficiency, conduct investigations into equipment failures, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Additionally, the role requires developing best practices, ensuring compliance with safety and reliability standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering  or equivalent technical qualifications.
  • 5-10 years of related experience in Equipment Maintenance / reliability within Plant Environments
  • Proven ability to analyze performance trends, implement predictive strategies, and optimize asset management.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across multiple teams.
  • Adaptability to evolving operational needs, with a proactive approach to process improvements.
