Job Details
A highly hands-on production leadership role supporting the establishment of production operations within a new specialty chemicals manufacturing environment in Singapore. Lead from the front during commissioning, startup, and operational ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day production activities including mixing, batching, filling, packaging, and material-handling operations
- Supervise and develop production operators and technicians
- Support production startup, commissioning, and operational ramp-up activities
- Coordinate closely with Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and HSE teams
- Monitor production schedules, operational efficiency, and safety compliance
- Support troubleshooting, equipment checks, and operational improvements
Job Requirements
- Experience within chemical, polymer, specialty chemicals, coatings, resins, or related manufacturing environments
- Prior supervisory or shift leadership experience (mandatory)
- Hands-on operational mindset with willingness to lead from the front
- Exposure to batch processing and mixing operations preferred
Comfortable supporting future shift-based operations
