Job Details
You will lead full project lifecycle delivery — from front-end engineering and design reviews to construction, commissioning, handover, and client management. This position calls for a seasoned EPC professional with a deep engineering foundation, strong command of project controls, and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams on high-value capital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale industrial EPC projects (greenfield/brownfield).
- Oversee project planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risk registers, and overall project governance.
- Provide technical leadership and ensure engineering and safety standards are met across all phases.
- Serve as the main interface with clients, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, and site management teams.
- Lead and mentor project managers, package leads, and construction managers.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, regulatory, and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
- 15+ years of experience within industrial EPC/project delivery environments.
- Strong background in large-scale capital projects — petrochemicals, chemicals, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, advanced manufacturing, or similar industrial sectors.
- Proven track record delivering complex EPC or EPCM projects from FEED to commissioning.
- Solid technical foundation with the ability to challenge, guide, and support engineering teams.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and commercial awareness.
Experience working in Southeast Asia is an advantage.
