Job Details
Join a global innovator in energy-efficient HVAC and fluid-flow systems. You’ll be the sales enabler for APAC—turning RFQs and schematics into winning, value-engineered solutions and crystal-clear proposals. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with regional sales, consultants, and end-customers to shape hydronic system designs that hit both technical and commercial targets.
What you’ll do
- Decode specs, P&IDs, schedules and data to define optimal hydronic solutions and configurations.
- Lead technical proposals: product selection, efficiency calculations, configuration docs, and quote packages—on time, first time.
- Co-drive the sales process: solution development, value articulation, tender clarifications, and client presentations.
- Support pre-qualification and feasibility checks; validate incoming project data so we only chase winnable work.
- Deliver technical training to reps, partners, and customers on system optimization and control strategies.
- Keep quotes and CRM squeaky-clean; monitor follow-ups and ensure reviews/compliance are buttoned up.
- Travel across APAC for high-impact projects, workshops, and proposal pitches (as needed).
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Building Services/Thermal (or equivalent).
- 5–10 years in presales / applications / solution design for HVAC or industrial cooling (incl. controls / fluid systems) / Chiller systems design / .
- Real hydronics depth: pump curves, head calcs, primary/secondary, delta-T, redundancy strategies, and controls integration.
- Confident reading P&IDs/specs, and using selection & proposal tools; comfortable with CRM/quotation workflows.
Stakeholder-friendly communicator in English, collaborative by default, and able to travel regionally.
