They are looking for an ideal candidate for the role of a Senior Application Engineer, to be based in Singapore.
Your Impact
As the Senior Application Engineer, you’ll be the go-to technical expert for customers, collaborating closely with the sales team to provide tailored solutions. Your role will involve everything from troubleshooting technical challenges to crafting detailed application proposals and offering hands-on support that helps clients harness the full potential of innovative machinery products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical solutions and application support for clients across SEA, making complex machinery systems accessible and effective for diverse industries.
- Develop technical proposals that align with customer needs, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues, providing prompt, practical support that reinforces customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the face of technical expertise in a customer-facing role, developing strong relationships and adding value at every step.
- Collaborate with the sales team, offering technical insights that contribute to successful outcomes for both the client and company.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized university
- Experience in Machining, CNC, Tooling, Turning, Milling or Manufacturing processes within OEM/Machinery/Oil & Gas/Aerospace/Heavy Industry/Precision Machining & Engineering sectors
- A customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex ideas.
- A natural problem-solver who thrives independently but also collaborates well with cross-functional teams.
