Job Details
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical consulting firm known for delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions to global and regional pharma and biotech companies. They specialize in market access, commercial strategy, real-world evidence, and regulatory support. As they continue to grow across Asia, they are seeking a high-caliber Senior Consultant to lead strategic projects, with a strong focus on the Greater China market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements across the pharmaceutical value chain, from strategy design to execution.
- Work closely with clients to understand their commercial, regulatory, and operational challenges, and deliver actionable insights and solutions.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and develop strategic recommendations tailored to client needs in the Asia-Pacific region, especially China.
- Build and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts on project delivery and professional development.
- Support business development efforts including proposal writing, client presentations, and industry networking.
Job Requirements
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, pharma/life sciences, or healthcare advisory roles.
- Proven track record of leading client engagements or workstreams, preferably within the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape in China and/or Asia.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal) – this is a core requirement given the focus on China-based clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, business, or related fields.
