Head of Transformation - Based in HCM, Vietnam

Our client is a fast-growing company undergoing a major transformation journey. They are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Business Transformation to lead the organization through key initiatives focused on operational excellence, digital enablement, and structural redesign. You will lead a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners to drive large-scale, impactful change across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Transformation Leadership: Translate business strategy into a structured transformation roadmap with clearly defined sprints and milestones.
• Process Improvement & Standardization: Redesign and standardize core business processes to increase efficiency, agility, and scalability.
• Digitalization & AI Enablement: Lead technology-driven initiatives—including AI adoption—to streamline operations and enhance customer and internal experiences.
• Organizational Redesign & Change Leadership: Drive structural transformation across roles, systems, and teams—not limited to incremental improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication & Alignment: Engage and align senior leadership while also building trust with frontline teams to ensure smooth and sustainable execution.
• Risk & Transition Management: Identify potential risks and proactively manage them throughout the change lifecycle to minimize disruption.
• Deep Operational Understanding: Quickly gain a granular understanding of the business’s operations to inform effective, tailor-made solutions.
