A leading international chemical organisation is strengthening its regional architecture capability and is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design, govern, and scale enterprise-grade solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, and commercial functions in Asia-Pacific. You will act as the architectural authority—translating business ambition into resilient, scalable, and future-ready technology landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture across enterprise and plant-level systems
- Translate business requirements into coherent, integrated architecture designs
- Define and govern technology standards, patterns, and integration principles
- Partner closely with business leaders to align digital initiatives with strategic goals
- Lead architecture decisions across ERP, MES, data platforms, cloud, and OT/IT interfaces
- Evaluate vendors, platforms, and emerging technologies with a pragmatic, value-driven lens
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional and global stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Significant experience as a Solution / Enterprise Architect in complex industrial environments
- Strong exposure to manufacturing, chemicals, process industries, or adjacent sectors
- Proven ability to operate at senior stakeholder level (Director / VP conversations)
- Solid understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, data flows, and cloud platforms
- The confidence to challenge assumptions—and the credibility to be heard
A balance of technical depth and commercial thinking
