Supply Chain Manager – Specialty Chemicals (Singapore)

A leading Specialty Chemicals company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for its Singapore business. This role is suited for someone who is strong in planning, logistics coordination, vendor management, and process optimisation within a chemical or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and operational reliability.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and customer service teams to forecast demand and manage supply requirements.
• Oversee import/export processes, shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance related to chemical products.
• Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth delivery and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce lead times, and optimise costs.
• Prepare supply chain reports, KPIs, and management updates.
