Our client is a fast-growing robotics and automation solutions company expanding its commercial footprint across Southeast Asia.
They are looking to connect with commercially strong professionals who understand automation, robotics, industrial equipment, or smart manufacturing solutions and can drive business growth across regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, electronics, logistics, food, pharma, and industrial sectors.
- Manage key accounts, channel partners, distributors, and system integration partners.
- Position robotics, automation, AI, and smart factory solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Build regional sales pipeline and manage full sales cycle activities.
- Work closely with application engineering, technical sales, and project teams.
- Monitor competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends across SEA.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of sales or business development experience in robotics, automation, industrial equipment, machine vision, AMR/AGV, or smart factory solutions.
- Strong network across manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, food, pharma, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Ability to sell technical solutions to engineering, operations, and senior business stakeholders.
Suitable for Regional Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers, or Channel Sales Leaders.
