Our client is a fast-growing food ingredients and nutrition solutions company expanding its application and technical capabilities across Southeast Asia.
As part of their regional growth, they are looking to connect with experienced Application professionals who understand food formulation, ingredient functionality, customer trials, and technical solution development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead application development projects for food, beverage, nutrition, or functional ingredient solutions.
- Work closely with customers to understand formulation challenges and develop suitable ingredient applications.
- Support product trials, prototype development, troubleshooting, and scale-up activities.
- Partner with sales, R&D, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Provide technical training and application support to customers and internal teams.
- Monitor market trends around clean label, sugar reduction, plant-based, fortification, and health-focused innovation.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in food application, product development, technical service, or formulation.
- Exposure to bakery, dairy, beverage, confectionery, savoury, plant-based, nutrition, or functional ingredients.
- Strong customer-facing technical communication skills.
- Suitable for Application Managers, Senior Food Technologists, Technical Service Managers, or R&D Application Leads.
