We are building connections with experienced manufacturing and technical operations leaders for confidential opportunities across pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturing environments in Southeast Asia.
This role is suited for professionals who enjoy leading plant operations, process improvement, production performance, equipment reliability, and cross-functional manufacturing excellence in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated production environment.
- Lead production teams across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and compliance targets.
- Support process optimization, capacity improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain, and EHS teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and manufacturing performance programs.
- Support new product introduction, scale-up, or technology transfer activities where applicable.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, API, biologics, formulation, or regulated manufacturing.
- Strong exposure to GMP production operations and plant-based leadership.
- Experience in process improvement, manufacturing excellence, or technical operations is preferred.
Suitable for Production Managers, Manufacturing Managers, Technical Operations Managers, or Plant Operations Leaders.
