We are leading a confidential retained search for an international chemical manufacturing group seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP), APAC — a powerhouse leader who will take full ownership of the region’s strategic, operational, and commercial performance.
This mandate sits at the intersection of manufacturing excellence, supply chain orchestration, and market leadership — and we’re targeting only the most seasoned executives from Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Flavours, or Fragrance manufacturing environments.
Key Leadership Scope:
As the EVP, APAC, you will be responsible for steering the entire regional business across multiple countries, including:
- End-to-End Plant Operations: Oversee production, manufacturing excellence, asset optimisation, OEE, safety, and quality.
- Regional Supply Chain & Procurement: Drive S&OP, planning, logistics, inventory, supplier strategy, and cost leadership.
- Commercial Strategy & Market Growth: Lead P&L, pricing strategy, revenue growth, customer partnerships, and new market development.
- Finance, Governance & Compliance: Ensure strong financial discipline, sustainability, and full regulatory compliance.
- People, Culture & Transformation: Build and inspire high-performing teams, drive organisational change, and strengthen leadership capability across APAC.
Job Requirements
- Has held Regional or Global C-Suite / Senior VP roles within Chemicals, Pharma, Flavours, or Fragrance manufacturing
- Brings deep understanding of regulated, quality-critical production environments
- Has successfully led multi-country operations and scaled teams across Asia Pacific
- Demonstrates sharp commercial instincts combined with operational depth
- Is known for transforming organisations, modernising supply chains, and driving step-change performance
Operates with executive maturity, resilience, and a future-focused mindset
