Operations Manager - Finance Consulting

My Client is looking to hire an Operations Manager to join their team. The Operations Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
Role:
- Responsible for the daily management of all departments, including team formation, training, assessment, and motivation of team members, to improve the work efficiency of the team.
- Organize and supervise the implementation of the company’s various plans and promote business expansion and the realization of business goals.
- Combined with the local situation, strengthen the daily construction and publicity of the company’s corporate culture, create a good working environment and living environment, and cultivate employees’ sense of belonging
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Participate in the company’s high-level meetings, assist the general manager to formulate the company’s business goals and plans, decompose them into various departments and organize their implementation
- Establish a communication mechanism, organize and hold various communication meetings, manage the communication and coordination between various departments of the company and with the head office, promote teamwork, and improve communication efficiency.
- Responsible for formulating the company’s overall work plan and target cost budget, coordinating with the head office to control the fund revenue and expenditure plan, managing the quality and progress of various tasks, reviewing the company’s operating expenses, and reasonably controlling various costs.
- Assist the general manager to optimize the company’s organizational structure, establish internal management mechanisms and work processes, and ensure the institutionalization, process, standardization, and refinement of management work.
- Organize and supervise the implementation of the company’s various plans, and promote business expansion and the realization of business goals.
- Assists with, or prepares and updates, organization’s operations manual and policies.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Prior leadership experience, managing teams and building employees to reach their highest potential.
- Ability to communicate in different situations and environments. Communicating to promote coordination and teamwork.
- Logical and strong decision-making skills, while having flexibility to adjust and change as business needs change.
- Ability to work under pressure while staying motivated and adapting to different environments.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and innovative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Since the role requires handling vendors from China, Fluency in Mandarin is required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field required; M.B.A. preferred.
- Certification through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) preferred.
- Five years of related experience required. More than ten years of department-level management experience, and be familiar with relevant policies, laws and regulations, and industry knowledge of the cross-border e-commerce industry preferred
Salary: Up to 100,000 USD base salary
