Our client is a leading industrial automation and engineering solutions provider supporting manufacturers across Southeast Asia. With increasing demand for advanced control systems and Industry 4.0 solutions, they are looking to engage experienced Controls Engineers for upcoming regional opportunities.
This role is suitable for engineers who enjoy solving complex machine control, process automation, and commissioning challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, HMI, and motion control systems.
- Support automation projects from concept through commissioning.
- Work with electrical panels, instrumentation, sensors, drives, and industrial networks.
- Conduct FAT, SAT, site testing, validation, and system handover.
- Support manufacturing clients with troubleshooting, upgrades, and process optimization.
- Work with internal project teams, vendors, and customer engineering stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, drives, and control systems.
- Exposure to Siemens, Rockwell Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, or similar platforms.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, machinery, process plants, packaging, electronics, or semiconductor automation.
Comfortable with regional travel when required.
