Our client, a leading international OEM specializing in highly advanced industrial projects, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Solution Manager to drive business growth within the Data Centre sector across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s footprint in the Data Centre industry across APAC.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, leveraging strong industry connections to secure new business opportunities.
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the complex needs of data centre clients.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, providing market intelligence to influence business strategy and product development.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or solutions management within the Data Centre sector.
- Strong network of industry contacts across APAC—including hyperscalers, colocation providers, and critical infrastructure leaders.
- Background in OEM solutions, industrial systems, or critical infrastructure sales.
- Ability to work autonomously, develop new business, and deliver customized solutions for large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing high-value contracts.
