Are you an experienced Plant Maintenance Engineer looking for an opportunity to work with a globally renowned Specialty Chemicals company? We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of plant maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors for maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a chemical plant, petrochemical, or process industry.
- Strong knowledge of rotating & static equipment, electrical systems, and process automation.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for tracking maintenance activities.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and control systems.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
